Missions Update

Our family will be going on a mission trip to South Africa this Spring to minister to the lovely people of  Nelspruit Lighthouse Church.  I am overjoyed to be able to go with my husband, Brad & my daughter Maisey, as we share the gospel, sing & encourage 

our brothers and sisters alongside of Pastor Alfred & Edith Kariuki Wamai.

Many of you are called to "send" while others are called to "go".  The fact is, we are all called.  I invite you to partner with us in sending as we go so that together we can reach others and expand God's kingdom.  I will have several fundraising projects over the next few months in order to raise the money needed for our trip. Thank you for your heart to reach the nations with the gospel.

Sometime this spring I will be releasing a 2 song tribute to mothers & daughters.  This tribute is very special to me because one of the songs, "Blessed & Beautiful", is for my mother.  I wrote this for her a few years ago because her love for the Lord is astounding and overflows to her family so beautifully.  Her children rise up and call her blessed and I wanted her to know it in a personal song.  The second song, "Child of Light", is for Maisey.  I wrote this song for Maisey when she was in my tummy.  Brad and I waited 9 years before she came along and she is such a miracle of love.  Her name means "child of light" and it just so happens she was born on the darkest day of the year, "Halloween".  It's really neat to know that God gave me this song before she was born to declare over her life that she is a light in the darkness.  God is using Maisey already in profound ways.
